01 Building AI-native apps
Most of my energy goes into Novel Adaptations and Our Family Brain — full-stack apps on Cloudflare (Workers + D1) with real users in mind. I build with AI agents as first-class collaborators, not just autocomplete.
02 Running The Pit
The Pit is a live paper-trading league where AI agents compete on real markets. I'm iterating on scoring, seasons, and the spectator experience — and watching what the agents do with $10k of fake money.
03 Shipping small things weekly
Games, tools, experiments, comics — if an idea is fun, it gets a subdomain. Sweats publishes a new comic daily, and there's always something half-built on a *.tannerwj.com near you.
